Configuration: made from seamless carbon steel tube for outer tube and twisted copper tube for inner tube.
Application: water source heat pump,ground source heat pump,heat pump water heater and other air-conditioner and refrigeration industries. Comparion to smooth tube-in-tube heat exchanger, the configuration of spiral twisted tube made two counter-directions turbulence flowing pattern in hot side and cold side and optimized the highest heat transferring efficiency under the same size of smooth tube-in-tube heat exchangers. Under the same operation conditon, it has advantages in heat transferring coefficient, compactable size,adaptable to different feature of waters, self-cleaning and durable leak-protection.
Overshape: Round,rectangle,ellipse,dual circuit, multi-circuit and customized shapes if required.
Single circuit Capacity: Cooling from 1.5~30kW and heating from 2~40kW
